SHIPPING POLICY
 

We use UPS
Shipments are sent through UPS ground shipping.
Please contact us if you would like a quote for expedited shipping or prefer FedEx.
 
Shipping Window and Weather Holds
During hot or cold seasons, ground shipments will be held at the winery until weather allows, which varies greatly by state, but is generally March-April & again October-November.  2-Day Air shipments are possible during these weather holds.  If you don’t want to wait to receive your wine, please contact us for a quote.
 
Adult Signature Required
Adult (21+) signature is required by law for the delivery of alcohol.  Packages cannot be left without signature and pre-authorization is not possible; an adult must be present to sign for the shipment.
 
Business address is preferred
A business address is always preferred for deliveries.  Home addresses often result in multiple delivery attempts, and delayed deliveries can risk unsafe temperature exposure while sitting for long periods in trucks and warehouses.  
 
Failed Deliveries
We are unable to refund shipping charges, so please verify your shipping addresses carefully.  All delivery re-routing will be done at the customer’s expense and all returned orders are subject to a restocking fee.  Consider registering for the UPS My Choice service, which allows you to re-route & re-schedule packages using your tracking information.
