We believe Washington State can make Sauvignon Blanc that competes with any in the world.  Oliane is barrel fermented in French Oak (5% new) using native yeast and aged sur lie for 7 months. It is bottled unfined to allow for greatest expression and complexity.

2016 Oliane WInemaker Tasting Notes—Bright nose of lemon, peach, vanilla honey, fresh straw, and a fresh note of limestone minerality. The palate features notes of citrus, nectarine, more limestone, and hints of peavine and grilled bread. It is richly textured with a brilliant acid backbone, making it a perfect match for seafood and more. This wine is drinking great now, but will also last 3-5 years in the cellar. - Chris Peterson
