We are proud to support the Auction of WA Wines' Wine Country Celebrations by participating in one of their vintner dinners. Join Avennia production winemaker John Sigmar and Eastern WA operations manager Eli Traverse at Fiction @ J. Bookwalter in Richland on Thursday, May 16, for what is sure to be an evening of delicious food and wine.

Meet, mingle, and dine with local host J. Bookwalter Wines, as well as the winemaking teams of Treveri Cellars and Avennia.

Guests will enjoy a social reception featuring wines from Upchurch Vineyard, Convergence Zone Cellars, Wautoma Springs, Col Solare, and Fidelitas, including an array of passed appetizers.

The multi-course dinner, prepared by the team at the award-winning Fiction restaurant, will be expertly paired with wines, and there will be an opportunity to bid on exclusive auction lots* to raise much needed funds for the local community. Proceeds benefit WSU’s Viticulture and Enology department and Seattle Children’s patients and families in Central and Eastern Washington.

*Our auction lot will feature a private tour of our estate vineyard and library tasting for 12 people, with Marty and/or Chris, plus one case of our 2021 Avennia Estate Cabernet Franc.
